Whether an experienced meditator or someone who's just starting, come by our free meditation class every Wednesday at 09:00-09:30 or 17:15-17:45.
Each class explores different techniques and basics of meditation and mindfulness. Taught by Laura, each class lasts 30 minutes with some time left afterwards for any Q&A or sharing – though you can leave right after.
An option to join a mindful morning session at 09:00-09:30 or an "after work" session at 17:15-17:45
Class if completely free and open to anyone.
If you're not currently a Bounce member, just come by 10 minutes before the class and ask our barista downstairs at the cafe to show you to the class.
